~For all who reads this, please do not take any of this as being nasty. I have had some bad experiences with LYS & don't tend to take my frustration out on anyone.

My time is very precious to me & would prefer not to waste it on buyers who aren't serious or no-shows.

**PLEASE DO NOT send me an email with your phone number asking me to call you, I WILL NOT call!** Too many un-answered calls in the past!!!! Either email me or TEXT ONLY 757-814-3022. NO CALLS!! ALL emails come directly to my phone, so you will get an immediate response.

Please do not email asking if an item is still available. If it is not marked with the big red SOLD, then obviously it is still available.

All my items are 1st come 1st serve!! Meaning, the 1st buyer to confirm a pick up time with me, gets the item. If the prospective buyer does not show up at our scheduled time, I will contact the next person in line.

I am sorry to have to do this, but I have had many inquirers state that they want an item & then never respond to any emails.

I don't post anything that I would not buy myself or put on my children! All my items are in excellent used condition.

Exact CASH only please. I don't always have change. Will NOT accept checks period!!!

All sales are final.

I DO NOT allow people into my home to try clothes on either. This is a yard sale, not a department store. This decision is a safety & respect factor for my family.

I DO NOT HOLD items due to that the fact that I have had many no-shows in the past & many others wanting the same item. Please be prepared to pick up the same day as contacting me.

If I post FREE items, PLEASE do not email me asking if I will hold them. I DO NOT hold free items. 1st come, 1st serve.

PICK UP IS AT MY HOME ONLY! So please do not email asking when & where I can meet. I live about 10 minutes from the new Walmart. I DO NOT deliver or ship items. Due to 2 of my children having disabilities, it's easier for pick up to be done from my home only. Thanks for understanding.

I will not mark an item PPU until we have agreed upon a pick up time. Until then, items are available to all shoppers.

I know things come up that are out of our control, just send me an email or text if you are unable to make a schedule pick up. Even if you change your mind. My feelings won't be hurt, saves me from sitting around waiting for a no-show.
