I'll Sell If You Buy! :)

Hello LYS buyers/sellers, I am a fun, happy person who enjoys this website as well as others in the surrounding area and I feel it's sad that some users just can't seem to appreciate it and it's value. I thank you for your interest in one, more or all of my items. Because I have been a member of LYS for some time, I know how things can work so I have decided to operate my business as such.

1.) First and foremost, I DON'T STAND ANYBODY UP...SO PLEASE DON'T STAND ME UP. If you can't make the appointment please just be courteous and let me know. You don't have to tell me what happened (i.e. car broke down, couldn't find my keys, babysitter didn't show up, etc) but a simple "Sorry I can't make it can we reschedule?" will do. If this happens please also consider the time you are texting/calling, such as why text/call to say you aren't going to make it, at the time we are scheduled to meet (which is usually when I am already there)?

2.) If our appointment fails for whatever reason and the item is sold before our reschedule date I believe it is my duty to let you know so you can continue to search for that item elsewhere and not continue depending on us rescheduling. THAT'S JUST FAIR AND THE RIGHT THING TO DO. I don't make the rescheduling date and time, it is up to you to let me know the next time you are available and I'll let you know if it works for me. Please be mindful of the rescheduling because the item will continue to be listed until the deal is complete. :)

3.) I will respond to any and all serious inquiries via text or email. However, you will receive a quicker response via text. I am willing to send pictures via my phone but if there is a picture already posted, more than likely that is the picture you will receive through text.

4.) All my items have been washed, cleaned and tested to be in working condition and that is what I expect of the items I buy. If you get something home and it miraculously does not work then I am more willing to work with you as far as replacement/refund IF you notify me the same day as purchase. Please understand, it is at my discretion whether or not I choose to refund any monies or make any other deals. I like to try to trust everybody and I apologize in advance if you are someone who bears the heat of another's dishonesty.

5.) Lastly, I am very flexible when meeting (sometimes I will bring to or pick up from your doorstep) however, I can't always do that and I would appreciate some assistance from the seller. Remember I am spending money on an item you are wanting to get rid of.

Overall, communication is wonderful and can be the key to all successful transactions.
