When I login why do I see someone elses account?

This is an occassional problem that appears to only happen on the military base work computers and is therefore something we have no ability to fix.

The computers on base are on a shared network. When you access LYS from your work computer on base---your computer is "remembering" the last time "you" were on the site---only it wasn't you it was someone else on the same network.

This can also happen at home/office where multiple people are using the same computer.

To force your computer into operating in "real time" instead of looking back in history you will need to adjust your browser settings.

Get online....go to TOOLS--->INTERNET OPTIONS--->under Browsing History click DELETE on Cookies and History---->then under Browsing History click on SETTINGS and choose an options that says something like "every time I visit the webpage".
