Looking for outside toys for a four year old autistic boy

I have a four year Great nephew that's autistic, His mother is a single mother working hard to take care of her son. I'm trying to see if I could find a little help for her.They don't have anything for him to play with outside. He's very big for his age , and he loves the outdoors. My husband is a retired disabled vet.I get social security disability.We try to help the best we can. If you have anything For the outside or any learning toys, that would be amazing.He doesn't speak very much, but it's very smart. Anything would be a godsend, just let me know.They live off from Piney Green.We live in Hubert.I can pick up anything that you have for him. Also looking for size six clothes for boys.
