Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7am to 3pm, with an occasional after hours or weekend service call ( rare ).

You MUST have wood working, minor plumbing, and minor electrical experience as it pertains to a home. HVAC Skills are a plus! If You have no work ethic or call out of work frequently or show up late constantly, do NOT apply!
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to keep equipment in optimal condition
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Wood working skills are a must.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Leadership abilities to supervise and coordinate the work of others
