Our time is very precious to us & would prefer not to waste it on buyers who aren't serious or no-shows.

Please do not send us an email asking if an item is still available. If it is not marked with the big red SOLD, then obviously it is still available.

All our items are 1st come 1st serve!! Meaning, the 1st buyer to confirm a pick up time with us, gets the item.

We are sorry to have to do this, but we have had many inquirers state that they want an item & then never respond to any emails.

We don't post anything that we would not buy ourself. All our items are in good used condition.

All sales are final.

We DO NOT HOLD items due to that the fact that we have had many no-shows in the past & many others wanting the same item.

PICK UP IS AT OUR HOME. We DO NOT deliver or ship items. Due to having disabilities in the family, it's easier for pick up to be done from our home only. Thanks for understanding.

We know things come up that are out of our control, just send us an email,text,or call if you are unable to make a schedule pick up. Even if you change your mind. My feelings won't be hurt, saves me from sitting around waiting for a no-show.
